City Hall Operations Due to COVID-19
To protect the health of our customers, community, and employees, we are taking the Iowa Public Health's recommendation and we are limiting foot traffic in the office. The doors will be locked, but the office is still staffed during our regular hours (8 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). If you have any questions or needs, you may call the office at 712-930-3842. We are requesting all utility payments, or any other forms to be deposited in the drop box near the bulletin board in the lobby.
We have also set up a table in the lobby with envelopes provided if you need one. There are forms for the community garden, as well as applications for new utility customers. If you need to sign up for services as a new utility customer, you must call the office number listed above, so we may discuss the necessary requirements.
