<p><strong><em>Cabin Information</em></strong></p>
<ul><li>Cost per night: $125.00 ($65.00 Deposit due at registration)</li>
<li>Minimum 2-night rental on weekends, 3-night minimum on holiday weekends.</li>
<li>Sleeps 10 people, featuring one queen bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 queen beds in the upstairs loft, and 4 twin beds in the loft as well.  Professionally laundered linens are included!</li>
<li>Features a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove, microwave, full size fridge/freezer combination, dishes, pots, pans, cooking and grilling utensils, cups, coffee pot, toaster, and much more!  </li>
<li>Full size bathroom with a tub/shower combination, sink and vanity, and toilet.  Towels should be provided by the guests.</li>
<li>An outdoor patio area features a picnic table, charcoal grill, and a beautiful view of the golf course.  </li>
<li>The cabin is within walking distance of the Sanborn Golf and Country Club where tasty nightly specials are served every night, 7 days a week during the summer! </li>
<li>NO Pets Allowed Please. $300.00 fine (plus cleaning costs, if applicable)</li>

            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Chapter 136.03 in the City Code of Ordinances states:</strong></p>
<p><em>“It is the responsibility of the abutting property owners to remove snow, ice, and accumulations promptly from sidewalks.  If a property owner does not remove snow, ice, or accumlations within a reasonable time, the City may do so and assess the costs against the property owner for collection in the same manner as a property tax.”</em></p>

<p><strong>Chapter 152.02 in the City Code of Ordinances states:</strong></p>
<p><em>“Grass growing on lands within the City shall be cut on a periodic basis so that the height of such grass is never greater than eight inches in height. It is the responsibility of the abutting property owners to remove snow, ice, and accumulations promptly from sidewalks. If a property owner fails to cut the grass on said owner’s property as set forth in the notice so that it conforms with this chapter within the time period set forth in the notice, the designated municipal officer will instruct the City Staff or a private contractor to mow the grass so that the property conforms with this chapter. The cost of this action will be assessed against the property. The fee for this service will be set by the City Administrator on a case-by-case basis and will be based on actual costs associated with mowing of the property”</em></p>

<p><strong>Chapter 69.13 in the City Code of Ordinances states:</strong></p>
<p><em>“No person shall park or permit to be parked a vehicle, including non-self-propelled vehicles, on any street from <strong>November 1 through March 31</strong> of the following year between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of each day until the snow removal operations have been completed and the snow has been plowed from said street, alley, or parking area, except that this provision shall not apply to vehicles parked immediately adjacent upon the place of employment of the operator thereof, and said operator is then engaged in such employment and except disabled vehicles and emergency vehicles”</em></p>
