POSITION AVAILABLE:  ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / EMT

The City of Sanborn is accepting applications for a Full-Time Administrative Assistance, with priority given to EMT trained individuals.

The hours are from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday – Friday. 

Minimum Qualifications: A strong background in computers using word processing, spreadsheets, ADOBE, and general ledger is necessary. Must have exemplary customer service skills, as this position is the initial contact for the City.

Primary Responsibilities: Greeting customers and visitors, phone reception duties, accounts receivable, various human resource functions, utility customer service, maintaining the City’s website and Facebook page, creating monthly newsletter. Candidate will be on call for the Sanborn Ambulance Team while fulfilling the duties as administrative assistant. This individual must work well on a team.
